Licensing
What licenses are available?
Wisej.NET is licensed per developer and per server. The options are Developer licenses, Server licenses, Hybrid licenses and the Technology Partner program. To evaluate Wisej.NET, use a Trial license or the free Community license.
See License Activation for how to activate a license, and the license calculator to price a configuration.
How long do I get free upgrades?
Developer and Server licenses include one year of free upgrades. When that year ends, you can renew the upgrade period.
What does the one-year renewal cover?
The renewal only affects upgrades. You can keep using the version you have indefinitely, even if you don't renew. To install a version released after your upgrade period ended, renew the period first.
Do you offer volume licensing?
Yes. Volume licensing, including deployment with a single license key, is part of the Technology Partner program.
Can I buy the Wisej.NET source code?
Yes. Source code access is an additional option for Technology Partners.
Platform
Which .NET versions does Wisej.NET support?
Wisej.NET supports .NET Framework 4.8.x, .NET 8.0, .NET 9.0 and .NET 10.0.
Support and training
Do you offer online support?
Yes. It's available at wisej.com/support.
Can I buy additional or priority support?
Yes. Additional and priority support are options for Technology Partners.
Do you offer training?
Yes. See Training for the available options. For self-paced learning, the LearnWisej courses come with a runnable sample for every module in Examples.
Do you offer consulting or professional services?
Yes, in several forms. See Consulting & Support, UI/UX Modernization Services and Web/Cloud Migration Services.
How can you help us test our applications?
Our consulting packages include training on best practices, code reviews and other testing support.
What testing tools do you support?
Use Playwright for automated browser tests, and any standard .NET testing framework for server-side tests.
UI redesign
Do you offer UI redesign?
Yes. We help you and your developers design and build a new user interface while keeping most of your application intact. See UI/UX Modernization Services.
What do you need from us to start a UI redesign?
A few screenshots of your application. From those we prepare a style proposal that shows how the redesigned application could look.
Do you need the source code of my application?
No. The screenshots are enough.
Can I carry out the redesign myself?
Yes. You implement the redesign with your own knowledge of the application, and we provide data sheets, UI mockups, assets, theme files and support.
Do you have reference material for UI redesign?
Yes.
What does a UI redesign cost?
It depends on the scope of the redesign. There are options for small budgets.
Custom integration
What does custom integration mean?
A custom integration makes a third-party web widget available in your Wisej.NET application as a .NET class that exposes the widget's properties, methods and events. The Extensions are integrations of this kind.
Which widgets can be integrated?
Wisej.NET can integrate a wide range of web widgets. Send us a link to the components you want to use and we'll assess the integration.
Do you have integration samples?
Yes. Our blog has articles on integrating widgets from DevExpress, Syncfusion, Telerik and other vendors. The extensions are open source on GitHub, and the premium extensions integrate complete commercial suites.
