The zoombar controls the zoom window of another zoomable widget, i.e. an igDataChart. Set the target option to the selector of the HTML element that hosts the widget to zoom. Any change to the options recreates the zoombar in the browser.

Constructs a new instance of the igZoombar class.
Example:
The following example creates a zoombar and attaches it to the chart created on the element with the id salesChart.
