The Spreadsheet control is a Microsoft Excel-like Spreadsheet component for web. It provides editing experience that is very similar to that of Excel and it is able to import and export Excel workbook files. The Spreadsheet control includes all the important features of Microsoft Excel like editing, sorting, filtering, formulas, data validation, formatting, table, charts, import and export.

When the widget is created, the wrapper sets the importSettings.importMapper option and the excelUrl, csvUrl and pdfUrl fields of the exportSettings option to the service URL of this control, replacing the values specified in the options. The import and export requests sent by the widget are therefore sent to this control and are received by the application through the WebRequest event; the export requests carry the format query string parameter set to xlsx, csv or pdf.
The wrapper also sets the scrollSettings.width and scrollSettings.height options and refreshes the widget every time the control is resized.
