ejTreeMap
Namespace: Wisej.Web.Ext.Syncfusion
Assembly: Wisej.Web.Ext.Syncfusion (4.1.0.0)
Essential TreeMap for JavaScript is ideal for visualizing large amounts of data. TreeMap holds a set of nested nodes to display hierarchical data. Each nested node may contain sub-nodes containing area proportional to a specified data value bounded. Color and annotation can be used to provide extra information about the leaf nodes.

public class ejTreeMap : ejBase
Public Class ejTreeMap
Inherits ejBase
Constructors
ejTreeMap()
Constructs a new instance of the ejTreeMap class.
Example:
The following example creates the tree map and sizes the items by population through the options.
var treeMap = new ejTreeMap();
treeMap.Options.dataSource = countries;
treeMap.Options.weightValuePath = "Population";
treeMap.Options.leafItemSettings = new { labelPath = "Country", showLabels = true };
treeMap.Dock = DockStyle.Fill;
this.Controls.Add(treeMap);
ejTreeMap(options)
Constructs a new instance of the ejTreeMap class.
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| options | Object | Initial set of options. |
Example:
The following example creates a tree map that groups the countries by continent and colors them by growth rate.
var treeMap = new ejTreeMap(new
{
dataSource = countries,
weightValuePath = "Population",
colorValuePath = "Growth",
levels = new[] { new { groupPath = "Continent", showHeader = true } },
leafItemSettings = new { labelPath = "Country", showLabels = true },
rangeColorMapping = new[]
{
new { color = "#e57373", from = -5, to = 0 },
new { color = "#81c784", from = 0, to = 5 }
}
});
treeMap.Dock = DockStyle.Fill;
this.Controls.Add(treeMap);
