Initializes a new instance of the ChatSuggestionClickEventArgs class.

text	String	The text of the clicked suggestion.
index	Int32	The position of the clicked suggestion in the list, or -1 when it is not available.
cancel	Boolean	The initial value of Cancel.
name	String	The name of the client event, normally suggestionClick.
data	Object	The raw event data received from the browser, or null.
